Baby Gross Motor & Sensory Adventures

Perfect for non-walkers and cruisers. Babies are exploring all aspects of movement, including rolling (vestibular/ balance practice), level changes, midline crossing, bilateral coordination, emotions and facial expressions, spatial awareness, sensory play, and moving to new music! In this class, you will learn how to use purposeful play time with your baby safely in multiple positions, which will help foster achievement of gross motor milestones. Utilizing hands-on and open floor time play will help promote strength, flexibility and coordination for your child. This class also offers a great opportunity for both you and your baby to socialize, as well as spend quality time learning and bonding together. This class is available for private pods.


Little Fitness Adventures

Perfect for 1.5 to 4 years. Toddlers and young children need to explore all aspects of movement to promote gross motor learning. In this class, your child will practice balancing, early teamwork activities, dancing to new beats, mirroring, and spatial awareness proficiency! With a mixture of movement songs, a new obstacle course every week, gross motor and cardio games, as well as sensory experiences, your child will improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination while having fun with peers! Adults and children, please come wearing clothes that are easy to move in as adult participation is required. This class is available for private pods.


Little Gymnasts Adventures

Perfect for 1.5 years to 4 years. Kids love to explore what their bodies can do, and this class will allow them try new things with peers! Your child will practice early tumbling skills, flexibility, coordination, strength, agility, and balance, and of course interact with their peers, teacher, and their caregiver the whole time! Guided by a seasoned and experienced teacher, your child will begin each class with a flexibility and muscle-activating warm-up, and then enjoy guided creative movement songs to encourage fluidity and coordination. Afterward, they will practice gross motor skills necessary for dance and gymnastics, such as tip-toeing, sliding, turning, pointed toe walking, leaping, bear crawls, and more! Afterward, they will enjoy a gymastics based obstacle course, including a balance beam, tumbling station, jumping activity, and yoga station to promote mindfulness and flexibility. Next, the class will cool down with calming music and bubbles to promote spacial awareness, as well as some additional yoga poses and stretches! Moving in these ways will allow your child to master crucial gross motor skills and coordination to promote movement filled with imagination and creativity! Adult participation required. This class is available for private pods.


Little Sports Skills Adventures

Perfect for 1.5 years to 4 years. Does your child love any activity with a ball, bat, frisbee, racquet, hockey stick, or golf club, but not quite ready for competitive game play yet? If yes, this class is for you! Each week, we'll try out a new sport and practice all the lead-up skills that go along with it. Watch as your child discovers how to use new equipment alongside peers! Our class will also include a sports related obstacle course to promote jumping, balancing, cardio fitness, and strength. Guided by a seasoned teacher, each class will be exciting and bring new opportunities to your child! The specific skills we will focus on are aiming at a target, kicking, striking a ball, partner activities, rolling, tossing, and throwing a ball, playing in a dynamic environment and more! Adult participation is required. This class is available for private pods.


Kids Fitness Adventures

Perfect for 4 years to 6 years. Kids love to move and that is exactly what they’ll do in this class! Your child will climb, balance, run, jump, crawl, and of course laugh along with peers in our signature “fitness through play” class! Guided by a Masters or Doctorate level teacher, your child will start each class with warm-up activities and movement songs, then take part in a number of physical games focused around teamwork, body strengthening, coordination, brain stimulation, problem solving, and cardio health. An obstacle course is always included and new obstacles are introduced each week to optimize physical skill exploration. Next, we cool down with calming yoga and stretches! Moving in these ways will allow your child to master crucial gross motor skills and improve body awareness/coordination while having fun! No adult participation necessary. This class is available for private pods.

Big Kids Fitness Adventures

Perfect for 6 years and up! This fun, high-energy class builds upon all of the skills practiced in our younger KFA class, plus a whole bunch more! You can expect this class to be slightly more structured and physically advanced, but still focused on exploration and skill-building. We will play games focused on flexibility, agility, muscular strength, cooperation, brain stimulation, problem solving, and stamina while always keeping fun as an overarching priority! Watch your child light up as they achieve new physical and cognitive goals! No adult participation necessary. This class is available for private pod classes.
